Privacy notice for the NeonShield waitlist

Who we are
NeonShield is run by NUBEGINNINGS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India.
What we collect
Your email address, the language you signed up in (English or Hindi), the date you joined, and which version of the consent wording you agreed to. We do not store your IP address. We keep it in memory for at most two minutes to stop automated sign-ups, then forget it.
Sign-up counts
When you join, we also add one to running totals of sign-ups by country, state, city, type of device, operating system, browser and the website that sent you here. Cloudflare, which delivers this site, works out your approximate location from your IP address. These totals are not linked to your email address or to when you joined, and they stay after your email address is removed.
Why we collect it
Only to email you about NeonShield's launch, including when pre-orders open.
Your consent
We add you to the waitlist only if you tick the consent box. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your email address. If we later use an email service to send launch messages, it will handle your address only on our behalf. We keep encrypted backup copies with Backblaze, a cloud storage company, which cannot read them.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop sending launch news, whichever comes first. Backup copies are deleted after 30 days, so once we remove your address, it is gone from the backups within 30 days too.
Your rights
Write to us to see, correct or delete your email address, or to withdraw consent. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. Apart from the sign-up counts above, we don't track visits.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top.
